We are hiring for the following vacant positions:

  • PROJECT MANAGER

Qualification and requirements

  • 4 or 5 years B.Sc. degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • Masters degree will be an advantage.
  • COREN or ARCON certified.
  • 3- 5 years Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Business Management.
  • Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
  • ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications and requirements

  • BSC/HND in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant
  • Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) will be an added advantage.
  • SALES MANAGER

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum of Degree level in marketing, business administration, or related field plus minimum 5 years cognate experience.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Sales / Marketing will be a distinct advantage (MBA preferred)
  • Good interpersonal skills and natural leadership traits.
  • A seasoned professional in sales and marketing of real estate.
  • PUBLICITY MANAGER

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications or Marketing with a PR or Advertising concentration or any other related field.
  • Possession of NIPR/CIPR /APR certification an added advantage.
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar senior position

 

  • OFFICE MANAGER

Qualifications and requirements

  • First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • OFFICE DESK/ CUSTOMER CARE

Qualification and requirements

  • HND/BSC in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and communications skills
